@hellonehha There is nothing wrong with negotiation. The problem is doing it after agreeing and confirming the joining date. Negotiation should happen before the commitment, not after it. It’s like saying that after getting engaged, your fiancé is still going out on dates

Interviewed a backend developer. Guy was at 21 LPA. We offered 28 LPA, roughly a 33 percent hike. He agreed and confirmed joining. Yesterday he emailed saying he got a 32 LPA offer elsewhere and now wants 36 LPA from us. Nonsense. Why agree in the first place. If you are still shopping offers just say it upfront. We stopped interviewing other candidates and waited through the notice period for the joining date. Now two days before joining, he came back with a new price tag.

But only here we have arseholes like this who will politicise it If this fumbduck had done his homework, he would have known that BJP Govt has worked frenetically to complete the most challenging “Missing Link” on Mumbai Pune Expressway to prevent precisely such accidents and closedowns But no, he will have to run his narrative and defecate on X

Please someone explain me the Logic and thought process of Blaming Fadnavis Ji for the mess on Khandala Alignment of Pune Expressway. As far as I've read and researched and seen, This Khandala alignment wasn't made by him, but this era long mess is being cleared by him with Missing link. So mocking someone who has fast forwarded the efforts to clear this mess forever is beyond my understanding. Anyone bothering to explain?

@saurabh5620 People were angry because the road was not closed ...tolls wete still being collected after 12 hour traffic ...no u-turn available...no food ,water or toilets...

Despite a prolonged traffic jam after the propylene gas tanker accident on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, the most important outcome was zero loss of life. Special thanks to CM @Dev_Fadnavis for personally overseeing the response and prioritizing public safety.

Spent 7 hours on Pune Mumbai Expressway yesterday stuck in the jam. Exited to stay at Lonavala overnight. The toll booth did charge the toll on exit😀 the tanker still stuck there in the morning. Thousands of vehicle stuck. @1033_Helpline @MTPHereToHelp

I was in Amritsar and this movie "Chaar Sahibzaade" was being played outside the Golden Temple to commemorate the martyrdom of the two younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh ji We were taught a lot about Mughal tyrants, but movies like these should be shown and the history and valour of our true heroes should be a part of the curriculum. We need more space in our curriculum to teach students about our heroes like the 10 Sikh Gurus, Netaji, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Ch.
