I had a heart attack at 52. My cardiologist put me on 80mg of Lipitor. Within months I started losing my memory. He switched me to Crestor. Then Repatha. Nobody asked why a cholesterol drug was affecting my brain. I fired my cardiologist. I healed myself. This is the thread about what I found. 🧵

Turkana, I'm back! Not long ago, the #UkatibaCaravan brought me to your county. The warmth you showed us has stayed with me since. Now I return with a deeper message: #Ukombozi. Ukombozi is about ending corruption and state capture. It is about tackling youth unemployment and building a new Kenya where systems actually work, where leadership truly serves the people, and every Kenyan has a fair chance to thrive. This is the Kenya we want to build together. Join me this Sunday, 24th May, at Moi Gardens, as we begin the movement to liberate our country right from the cradle of mankind. Kenya, the dawn has broken. Kumekucha! #UGMParty #Ukombozi #Maraga2027 #Kumekucha

98% of Nigerians in Kenya are scammers, Rapists, terrorists, Drug smugglers & swindlers. They are the same people who brought problems to other Africans living in South Africa. They're loud, ill-mannered & Shameless. We should also start chasing them out, they don't add any value to our country. We already have our own problems, they should go & help the orangutan Tinubu build their country.

When the replacement from God arrives, you will forget what you lost. Sometimes we hold onto people, opportunities, or seasons because we fear that nothing better will come. But God is able to replace confusion with peace, loss with purpose, and disappointment with something far greater than what we were trying to keep.

@ItsGregy_ You forgot Githurai, Soweto, the ghetto behind thome, the ghetto along the bypass close to Runda wueh. Nairobi city is surrounded by ghettos strategically for the poor to serve the hoods with cash flow close by. From an aerial view there is no area without a ghetto.

I think #Nairobi is exactly what it says it is; one of the world’s great diplomatic capitals. Not every African city can host a summit of this magnitude without a single head of state sleeping in a neighbouring country. It is not always about nice speeches and red carpets. Meetings of this nature come with enormous diplomatic, logistical and security complexities. It is always about secure state movement, intelligence coordination, airspace management, accommodation capacity, transport systems, the highest standards of diplomatic protocol, emergency response and ensuring an entire city continues to function while the world’s most protected and influential leaders are in town. With heads of state, global financiers, diplomats, policymakers and development partners gathered in Nairobi, the Africa Forward Summit 2026 was going to be a big, big test for #Kenya. I think it delivered. Credit where credit's due. Cheers to Kenyan tea.🫖☕️
