The constant narrative we need to push for is of real asset ownership. Right now, we are all moving to a rent economy! We need to own, even with modern-day cryptography, the stablecoins are all controllable.

Has been a minute, still here just dealing with some personal matters. I will continue to build on stacks this summer after i get some personal stuff in order. Both STX Watch and Nollo will receive major updates making, eg releasing the first stable versions. DroneWars is still happening, I have not given up on it, as well as the broader Memecoin ecosystem. Sorry for the absence, but I was on 300% for years and needed a few months to reset and take care of other things. Looking forward to posting more starting May and get again more involved in our ecosystem.

@haydenzadams The comments here are hilarious: people throw "Wow cool" to casual mismanagement that led to extra spending. And that's it.

Inspired by @cartoonitunes' work with @EthereumHistory, I've been digging into contracts from the 2015-2019 era to find ETH's still withdrawable but has no active frontend and isn't tracked by Debank or other portfolio trackers. 116 contracts, 76,000+ ETH, 516k depositors with claimable balance. Built Forgotten ETH to help people recover it 👇

@blockful_io @gitcoin DAO landscape is definitely waiting for a reshape: 1. more analytics tools. 2. better design for governing power sources.

Gitcoin announces it will migrate its on-chain governance to a multisig. GTC holders will still be able to vote on proposals, but execution will rely on a multisig controlled by the Gitcoin Foundation. While this directly impacts the DAO's decentralization, Gitcoin is concerned about governance attacks. A DAO holding $5.1M in stablecoins in its treasury and a governance token with an FDV of $9.3M becomes an attractive target for hackers. Previously, with just $500,000 it was possible to pass a proposal on Gitcoin and drain the $6.4M in the treasury - with no way to stop it from being approved. With this change, no such attack will be possible, as the DAO relies on the multisig to execute any proposal.

This is awesome. Thousands of ETH sit forgotten in defunct contracts from the 2015–2022 era. Would love it if one of my followers found something! forgotteneth.com Worth a shot!

In the nearest month I will take a turn on a fork I am standing by: 1. Learn Noir, Aztec and zk - try to build private public goods. 2. Keep learning Solidity and look into DAO-focused Uniswap hooks. It will really define where I'll be by the end of the year.

What Happened to the 'Anonymous' Part of Crypto? I've been in crypto long enough to remember when anonymity was a big part of the appeal. It was all about privacy, decentralized finance, and escaping traditional systems. But now, it feels like that part of the vision is fading away. We have KYC requirements on almost every platform, transactions that are more traceable than ever, and a constant push towards regulation. What happened to the "anonymous" part of crypto? Are there any real "safe havens" left for private use, or has the ship sailed? Feels like the dream of privacy is slowly being sold off for mainstream adoption.
