Punjab students are demanding the resignation of the Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh. The students are saying that Manish Sisodia had said at Jantar Mantar that if there was ever a paper leak in Punjab, he and Arvind Kejriwal would remove the Punjab Education Minister.

She is saying that girls shouldn't marry men who ask for dowry. I agree, girls should reject those men. But in the comments, she was saying girls should marry successful, rich men, not unemployed men. What's this hypocrisy? How will dowry end?

A software employee staged a protest outside the Tech Mahindra campus in Dundigal on Thursday, alleging that she was arbitrarily terminated after availing three days of sick leave to care for her ailing daughter. The employee, identified as R Bhavana, claimed she had been working with the firm for about four-and-a-half months when her services were terminated without prior notice or any valid reason. According to her, she had requested leave to look after her daughter but was instead removed from her job. Bhavana further alleged that the management had earlier harassed her while she was on a 14-day medical leave following a fall on the company premises. She claimed the company repeatedly sent emails asking her to resume work and warned that she would lose her job if she failed to return. Alleging a hostile work environment, Bhavana said she was required to seek permission even to use the washroom. In response to The Hindu’s email, Tech Mahindra said, “We have connected with the employee and are reviewing the matter with urgency. Tech Mahindra is an employee focussed company and we remain committed to the well-being and safety of our employees.”

A software employee staged a protest outside Tech Mahindra’s office in Medchal on Thursday, alleging that she was terminated from her job without any valid reason after availing leave on medical and family grounds. She has lodged a complaint with the police seeking action against the company. The employee, identified as R Bhavana, alleged that the company management repeatedly harassed her through emails while she was on a 13-day medical leave, insisting that she return to work despite informing them about her health condition. According to Bhavana, she later sought three days of leave after her daughter fell ill. However, instead of considering her request, the company allegedly questioned the duration of her absence and terminated her employment. She further claimed that she was subjected to an unhealthy work environment, alleging that employees were required to seek permission even to use the washroom. Bhavana said she had never experienced such workplace conditions in any other company. The software professional also alleged that when she fell ill at the office, the management failed to provide adequate support. She claimed that even while she was undergoing treatment for nearly two weeks, she was allegedly threatened with termination if she did not return to work immediately. Accusing the company of deliberately removing her from service, Bhavana filed a police complaint and staged a dharna outside the Tech Mahindra campus, demanding justice and reinstatement. Appealing to software companies, she urged employers to adopt a more humane approach towards women employees, stating that working women also have family responsibilities and should not be subjected to undue pressure during medical or family emergencies. There was no immediate response from Tech Mahindra regarding the allegations. The company’s version was not available at the time of publication.

Whom to blame? the women who left the man for another man ?? Or the Judiciary system ? At the end a life is lost of Ranjish. All a man can do is work harder evey single day and take care of their Family. At the end what he gets is this. 💔
SK@Sreekrish555

💔 The Heartbreaking Suicide of Ranjish – Another Father Destroyed by Biased Courts Ranjish, a simple Kerala bus conductor, raised his daughter alone for 8 long years. He fed her, educated her, wiped her tears — while his wife abandoned them, moved to the Gulf, married another man, and built a new life. After 8 years, the Kerala High Court suddenly granted custody to the mother. No consideration for the child's bond with her father. No regard for the father's sacrifices. Just a rubber-stamp "mother is best" order. Ranjish broke completely. He ended his life. Mainstream media stayed silent. Only when social media erupted did anyone notice. This is not justice. This is state-sponsored cruelty. • How can a court hand over a child to a woman who deserted her for 8 years and started a new family? • Where is the "best interest of the child" when the only stable parent is crushed? • Why do Indian family courts treat fathers as disposable ATM machines and babysitters until the mother wants the child back? Ranjish is not alone. Male suicides in India are skyrocketing — thousands every year — driven by biased laws, false cases, and heartless custody verdicts that always favour mothers, no matter the facts. Fathers have rights too. Children need both parents. When will the system stop killing good men like Ranjish? Justice for Ranjish. Reform family laws NOW. #MensRights #FatherRights #KeralaHighCourt #StopKillingFathers #SharedParenting
