Abstract XP for NFTs has been heavily nerfed.

The system is supposed to be dynamic, so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt, especially considering what Luca has said many times regarding holding assets.
That said, we also know there are other people working on Abstract, and Luca is (luckily) busy doing God’s work at Pudgy.
Personally, I went from 130k XP last week to 20k now, and I actually bought more NFTs this week.
I’m a top holder of @finalbosuX and @RuyuiStudios.(I should buy more @FugzOfficial too)
I’m fine with a dynamic system, but I’m definitely not fine with some of these takes, because community is the number one retention driver for everything, and NFTs are the core of that community.
Also, every little drama on Abstract gets amplified to the extreme.
That just shows people care a lot and that there are real users there.
And yes, most of them are sticking around because of the quality NFT brands.
Abstract and ApeChain are basically the only chains outside of Ethereum with real active communities and successful NFT brands floor-price wise.
I think the team will come back to this decision and make the system truly more dynamic than it currently is.

honestly not trying to sound harsh or anything but shouldn't the main core community of abstract be rewarded properly? not just Ely, a lot of other folks from the core community lost over 60% of their initial weekly XP sure it's more balanced now but this basically makes farming Abstract early (talking about people who extracted money from memes and games and also made XP then left) look like winners just food for thought on my own standpoint as someone who is not actively using abstract like before it makes sense to have his XP lowered, as i only hold assets on abstract and that's it.

Here are my thoughts on the recent changes to XP distribution for NFTs on @AbstractChain :
- Only strong products survive. @onchainheroes is a great example - now that XP no longer carries the same value, we can clearly see the real leaders.
- @0xCygaar literally said around 20 days ago that there would be no changes regarding NFTs and assets.
- As @abschud said, markets evolve - and I agree. Stagnation equals degradation. BUT changes like this shouldn’t happen within just a few weeks when nothing critical occurred. It could’ve been done more gradually, without such drastic swings.
- It’s hard to understand how to trust updates from the team when one thing is said yesterday and something completely different happens today. If you position yourselves as a consumer chain, you should be more attentive to regular users. Most of you don’t have significant assets on your accounts, while for users, some of these changes are critical.
I’m sharing real thoughts, not polished takes made just to fit a “GIGACHAD” role. I’m genuinely interested in being part of your network - that’s exactly why I voice concerns and want to see it continue to grow.✳️

@nodbless @Abstract_Eco @AbstractChain NFTs need to just migrate. I hope Fugz goes to ETH mainnet where true collectors are.
