@Tataev @TataMotors_Cars Since 16th Aug 2025 I’ve raised complaints here & also emailed customer care + manager 3 times since 21st Aug. Still no call, no service appointment, no resolution for my Nexon EV (GA09D8774). Only template replies (16th, 26th, 29th Aug).

@Tataev 10 days since I raised my complaint about the failure of the CCS2 actuator which was last replaced on 31/07/2025. No fix till date, no use of the car - awaiting repairs. This is your after sales service! no accountability!
