@haew___on @CodeWithAmann I've been surprised recently. Take your claude plan / output and redteam it with Chat. You might be surprised how astute it can be. I've been playing both of them against each other ;)

Email a week after cancel: "Totally fine you left, just want to know what broke." No survey, no calendar link, no follow-up. The honest ones reply more than you'd expect. The skill is making it feel human, not a retention gauntlet. Could you run that on one churned user this week?

this is what a solo company actually looks like in 2026 not a team a stack of ai agents running ops, sales, support, and execution end to end

Month 3 of going AI Native — and honestly? It's been rough. Here's what 'transitioning to an AI-native workflow' actually looks like from the inside: → Some teammates are stressed, still adjusting to a completely new way of working → Some are mentally exhausted from the constant deep thinking — because AI has taken over the easy stuff → Some are overwhelmed managing more projects simultaneously than ever before → Some are sleep-deprived from the addictive pull of vibe coding at 2am None of that sounds good. And it doesn't feel good either. But here's what I keep coming back to: every transition has a 'valley' — a period where things feel worse before they get better. Right now, we're in it. So we're not just doing the work. We're building the systems. Finding the structures. Figuring out what an AI-native workflow that's actually efficient, sustainable, and human-friendly looks like. And the small wins are starting to show. The most grounding reminder? Our feelings don't always point to the truth. When we look at output objectively — the amount we've shipped in 3 months vs. what we would have before — it's not even close. The productivity is real, even when it doesn't feel that way. Yes, we're growing in ways we didn't expect. Yes, we're building discipline in places we didn't know we'd need it. But we're going through it now — which means we get to figure it out now. Before it's forced on us. AI becoming a core part of work isn't a question. It's a matter of when. So our motto has become: if you can't avoid it, enjoy it. 🥂🥹

I wish they would let the background and code colors change for Claude Code too, just like with the Codex. I want to see bright, beautiful, and refreshing colors instead of the black or off-white screens 😢

@Markmanson hm. im curious as to what you mean by 'make everything easy'. i think it's a skill to be able to take something extremely difficult, and reframe it in your mind to make it feel easier, so that you will end up doing it. cuz the point is that you do it, not how you feel about it.
