@benoski73 Halo has been bleeding out slowly since halo 4, such a fucking shame.

Halo CE's remake ain't even out yet, and I already feel like the Halo Studios era is *worse* than the 343 era, when you take into all the reports of the toxic work culture and trend chasing that's coming to light. I fear Halo is doomed and being set up for failure.

@kelskiYT what we really need is another halo 3, just find the design document and study it, then make something based on what they learn.

Literally all modern Halo games are products built to chase whatever trend is currently popular at the time Halo 4 - chased CoD at its peak, with more arcadey gameplay, custom loadouts, universal sprint, kill streaks etc. Halo 5 - chased the “advanced movement” trend after games like Titanfall, Black Ops 3, etc etc, deviating the furthest from Halo’s core Halo Infinite - chased the “open world” trend set after Breath of the Wild, resulting in a shallow, boring campaign. Also turned into a live service without the service. Bonus is that it experimented with being a hero shooter They just have absolutely no confidence or creativity to do something unique with this franchise, and I’m not sure if they ever will man

Personally, Ithink it should be illegal for publishers to shutdown a game that someone paid for/invested money in. If they shutdown a game in a way that people cannot access it anymore, you should get a full refund, in game purchases included. But that's just my opinion.
