And the apathy continues with @Flipkart. There is no movement on the order and they continue to delay it with no explanation & aren't even trying to resolve the issue. Their agent abruptly ended the chat while I was typing my response to their question! By far worst experience.

As usual, @Flipkart never falls short of giving customers a disappointing experience - charge 10 different types of fees on an order, basically making any discount feel irrelevant. Get customers to sign up for Premium shopping plans but the service abysmal @flipkartsupport

There's no bigger daylight robbery happening in e-commerce than this! I really have to question the moral & ethical compass of their teams that come up with this!

#flipkart What you guys doing i am not sure ? Day by day delivery issues are increasing in flipkart. Why give false time if you guy is not able to deliver an item. We are not pakis*** saying it will take 3 more days The item is in the delivery hub of my home town.

And a general PSA about this seller - #TBLOnline - unfortunately appears to be a brand preferred seller, with high ratings but if you dig on the internet, you will see they are notorious for delayed shipments, low inventory leading to cancellations etc. Avoid them at all costs!

Now compare this with the closest, biggest competitor - have seen delays there too. There's proper intimation or update on tracking. And when escalated, they by default aim to fulfill the order within 24hrs of the initially promised date! But #Flipkart needs 72hrs!

@3rdEyeDude All of this is manageable - in India enforcement is the biggest hurdle as always. So, we need to keep an open mind about all possible venues of reporting violations. Second, grose lack of fear of law - fines are too easy. We need severe punishment, especially these kinda cases.

Really nice to see the traffic police booking cases based on social media complaints. BUT, I have one question though. Why does it take always take users to come to social media to report this? Why shouldn’t the police have patrol vehicles roaming on the streets or observe CCTV Cameras to catch them?

@SamsungIndia When you offer "scheduled" installation of an appliance to the customer's choice of date & time, it has no meaning if you do not honor the commitment nor keep the customer updated on any operational challenges leading to a rescheduling! Do better FFS!

@RenatoRissato @WABetaInfo It has now trickled down to the normal veterinary too. Funny thing, when I tried to delete the NEW duplicate chat (with zero chats), it showed deleting some 1000 odd messages! Somehow for that action, it connected the actual chat history too.

@balaji_daya @WABetaInfo I had the same issue after an update on Friday. Figured something went wrong, decided to uninstall & reinstall. But now I'm unable to reinstall and am constantly seeing this error. Can someone help please? Tried practically all the usual troubleshooting options, no luck.

@WABetaInfo And still no signs of duplicate chats fixed.. Still the same issue persists, updated the app and still no positive signs of resolving the issue!

@GBA_office @DKShivakumar 2025 & we are still fixing roads using methods that just don't look ancient but also ineffective. This kind of shoddy work is meant not to last & the contractor can keep making money in the name of fixing the same pothole every 2 months. Stop treating citizens as fools.

It doesn't address the core behavioural issue, in many cases only boosts it.
