@Allscripts has a renovated Smart Center! Updated areas enhance the community and gathering areas of this tech company’s headquarters in theMart. The theater is all-new with acoustical felt walls and advanced technologies. @GREC_architects was the design partner.

The @NorthwesternU Performing + Media Arts Center is complete! 2 black box theaters, ticketing and pre-function lobbies, additional teaching studios, and other learning and performance support spaces are purpose-built for the @NUtheatre Master of Fine Arts programs in the @NU_SoC

The Sunnyside Dispensary at 436 N Clark is bigger and better. Norcon renovated the interior to bring the 4 desk operation up to 14 sale stations. The retail dispensary was open throughout construction and now can serve a greater capacity of clients. @crescolabs @EpsteinGlobal
