@Bubblebathgirl And after being beaten, whipped, and nailed to the cross, he said “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

UPDATE: Dr. Jennifer Lincoln was notified by Kaiser Permanente her six-month contract would not be extended. It ended Friday.
EXCELLENT!
I believe I was who first brought this video to light on 𝕏 and it’s great to see my efforts resulted in a little bit of good for humanity.

Paul A. Szypula 🇺🇸@Bubblebathgirl
Anti-ICE OBGYN with TDS and crazy eyes goes up to ICE agents at JFK and calls them “racist pigs.” Hey name is Jennifer Hewson Lincoln and she works for Kaiser Permanente in Oregon. Do they condone her behavior? What about her patients? (drjenniferlincoln on TT)

@elonmusk The odds of my reply having any impact are few, but I would advocate for helping the elderly, especially widows who are confined to nursing homes.

@ProfMJCleveland My biggest concern with the SAVE act is the severability should SCOTUS disfavor the onus of the means of proving citizenship. The ID portion should be written to survive a challenge.
English

I don’t know what the practical limitations are, but the Senate GOP leadership should be forcing votes on at least 3 issues as often as reasonably possible: funding DHS, passing the SAVE Act, and requiring photo ID to vote (I know it’s a piece of the SAVE Act, but it’s easier for voters to grasp). The GOP has overwhelming support on these issues. As airport lines get longer and (Heaven forbid) more terrorist attacks occur, the GOP needs to demonstrate — again and again — that the Democrats are responsible for obstructing the will of the people. Political parties need to legislate if they can, but they need to educate if they can’t. If GOP won’t force an actual walking, talking filibuster, their only alternative is to do what parties have done in the past: lay it at the feet of the voters and let them decide.

@united just dumped my wife in Des Moines and said sorry, you can apply for a refund since we couldn't get you to Chicago. No flights, no compensation for me driving from Chicago to Des Moines to bring her home. What a horrible customer service experience.

@wyocolo @Hot_Pepper76 It’s heck trying to find a British ATM stateside.

@northsideirish @Hot_Pepper76 Farrah Fawcett would had to stand out in traffic to get in the passenger side of an MG TC. :)

Judge Murphy moves from Injunction to Judgment -- same conclusion both times -- that illegal aliens must be given chance to contest removal to 3rd countries.
Reversed 2x already by SCOTUS.

@SamVanivray @JosephKahn Movie Magic Screenwriter. The index card view is basically a card view of your scenes.
English

@northsideirish @JosephKahn Which application do you use for the cards?
English

Listen Angry Screenplay Guru Twitter, I'm on page 40 and I'm having fun. You know who else writes without outlines? Tarantino. The Coens. Everyone has their process. You may be in a cult.
Joseph Kahn@JosephKahn
Writing a screenplay right now but not outlining. Going by feel. Building it scene by scene and letting the movie reveal itself. This may be the only way to beat AI. Create things completely by human instinct, embrace the mystery sauce.
English

@HwoodScrptReadr Now imagine if AI had been our source for the visual arts for some time. Would we have experienced impressionism, pointillism, cubism? 2/2
English

@HwoodScrptReadr Imagine two worlds, one in which the culture embraces AI and over the long term becomes a sort of techno-Amish, frozen in time as only old ideas are recycled, and another which doesn’t and continues to flourish in the arts and sciences. 1/2
English

All these posts about how AI is going to destroy Hollywood because soon you'll be able to make an entire feature film on your laptop with only a few prompts. What a bunch of bullshit.
Leaving aside the fact that most of these reels people are posting look like hot garbage. We all know it's going to get better and better.
Movies are still star driven. Tom Cruise might sell his likeness someday but you'll never be able to afford it and if you use it without permission you'll never be able to monetize it. Or you'll just get sued.
What about animated or fully digital films? They still use actors whose names you all know to do the voices. Even AVATAR uses real actors for motion capture. Why? Because acting is a talent.
But here's the part everybody forgets. If you have access to all this technology then so does Hollywood and their tech will always be much much better than yours. Suddenly, you're not competing with these bloated $100M+ productions. It gets cheaper and easier for them too. So any advantage you think you may have had has evaporated just like that.
Anyway that's not the hard part. It never was. Movies are about more than spectacle. Otherwise we could sit there and watch car crashes and explosions for two hours.
What's required is storytelling ability. Invest your time in learning that rather than the latest AI image generator. I have no doubt that these platforms will enable people to do amazing things with them.
But at the end of the day the only ones who get rich off of this won't be you. It'll be the platforms themselves.
