I’ve been doing this for almost 3 years, made 6 figures, what you should know: - SMALL businesses will NOT pay you 2k to be their AI guy - you CAN extract 2-3k value with a bunch of automations - you want to be aiming for 3-10M/year businesses - you need clarity with business owner and clear ROI - they do not care about AI - some of their employees will be resistant to the change - do NOT AUTOMATE SALES - they just need more leads and speed to lead Ask me more questions. Gurus yapping on podcasts are delusional.

CHRIS CAMILLO JUST LAID OUT HOW TO MAKE $500,000 A YEAR AS AN "AI GUY" FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES His blueprint: 1. Walk into any HVAC, plumbing, or sprinkler business. 2. Ask where they're leaking money. 3. Build them an AI agent that answers after-hours calls, sends instant texts, and gets quotes out in real time. 4. Integrate it with their CRM for free. 5. Charge them $2K-$3K/month to be their "AI guy." Repeat across 10-20 businesses. "There are people right now doing this."

@kaylacardillo happy to see your comment Kayla! :) not being realistic for small businesses? I mean often a 100 bucks plan with Claude Cowork is all they need for "AI upskilling" What makes me upset is that it still does not cure cancer, but that's another topic

@JakeMcm36986672 It’s odd right? But in the end they found out that the performance INDEED degraded! I’m still using 4.6 Opus with extend thinking default

Is there any way I can get access to February Opus 4.6? It was the best AI on the market.

@theo Opus 4.6 early days was pure magic. Their fall from grace should be studied

I thought so too, but I just want that specific month version, the pristine Opus 4.6 They change it every 2-3 weeks, tweak the system prompt, they made it worse. For example in the API for some of my automations, when I pick the model, I can see the month or "version" for GPT, but not Claude...

@eptwts Finally! I thought I was the only one with above 80 IQ to notice this lol I mean if they just the boxes pour they will go by themselves. Odd use case.

Put AI to work: Google Ads guide Because you want to be in front of people begging for your services. After wasting $4k on "ads experts" I decided to use AI. Campaign live after 2 hours, 10 steps: 1. Create G ads account, verify. 2. Use Claude Cowork + GPT 5.5 3. Ask to figure out all the settings. 4. Set up precise targeting, precise keywords. 5. Create 4 ad groups, give assets (real pics) 6. Add NEGATIVE KEYWORDS! 7. Set up tracking, Analytics. 8. Set up test budget. 9. Ask AI for final check. 10. Let it rip. I am gradually replacing GTM, cold email, ads, copywriting "experts". As a solo founder this can be done with AI now. I am preparing a "solo growth suite" operating system. Ask me questions.

@ajose01 Offer is a custom build for a particular use case in the insurance industry claims adjudication process. But I’m testing the niche, until I find a sweet spot of pain and offer packaging to serve them.

@NorthstarBrain I love how straightforward you make everything feel. What was the offer? What's the typical build price? I'm seeking out ICP in the $5k - $10k automation range. I'm good at engineering, new to marketing. But learning!

put AI to work, cold email GTM guide Can I contact 10k people per day? and make extra 50k? in 2h? YES, here's how I did it: 1. I used Claude Cowork and GPT 5.5 2. Instantly for sending, email accounts and leads. 3. Ask AI to refine my ICP, compare 4. Ask AI to refine my offer. IMPORTANT: I started to hyper niche. We saved an insurance client in New York 200k per year with a custom automation. So I woke up and thought to give it to 10 more potential clients and make a neat 50k this month. I'm not a viral influencer, so social media does not work for me. BUT if you have friends in insurance connect us or DM me :) So I went cold email route, fastest to start and scale. Next is cold calling. Next next is YT videos. Set everything up in 2h! What used to cost me 2k with a "lead gen" agency and took them 2 weeks. Now I test the niche in the next 7 days or pivot until I get my 50k this month. I have a framework for this called SAC. Solution, Attention, Closing. AI is amazing for this. What takes others 1 month and 2-5k I do by myself in 2h. I don't see the gurus posting these guides around here, only goofy OpenClaw setups that make them 0 dollars. Ask me more questions.

@sama I personally NEVER want small fast and not very intelligent models. I don’t want to constantly double guess if it failed “but it was fast”. Intelligence should be exactly what the name implies. Intelligent. No one hires and pays IQ below 70.

i get some anxiety not using the smartest-available model/settings. but sometimes i dont mind if it's really slow. i wonder if we should focus more on a price/speed tradeoff relative to a price/intelligence tradeoff.

@explorersofai It was good in my case. I’m not saying world class, but when you combine Opus 4.6, NOT 4.7 and GPT 5.5 it’s very solid. But you can also spend a 4-5k on some “google ads expert” and get gpt 3.5 performance lol The point of this guide is to help people save on those costs :)

@andrew_g77 Email delivery is good because I warmed up 12 domains, with multiple emails. Open rate is not tracked because it damages deliverabilty. I track positive replies. waiting now this week to see if this niche is worth pursuing or pivot fast until I strike gold.

@WiFiMoneyGuy Correct take. Funny enough it is a filter for me. When they flex the OpenClaw setup, with 0 business cases, you know it's performative. Muted the guy a long time ago. He makes his money by selling the broken shovels on Skool btw
