@andrew_g77 Email delivery is good because I warmed up 12 domains, with multiple emails. Open rate is not tracked because it damages deliverabilty. I track positive replies. waiting now this week to see if this niche is worth pursuing or pivot fast until I strike gold.

put AI to work, cold email GTM guide
Can I contact 10k people per day? and make extra 50k? in 2h?
YES, here's how I did it:
1. I used Claude Cowork and GPT 5.5
2. Instantly for sending, email accounts and leads.
3. Ask AI to refine my ICP, compare
4. Ask AI to refine my offer.
IMPORTANT: I started to hyper niche. We saved an insurance client in New York 200k per year with a custom automation.
So I woke up and thought to give it to 10 more potential clients and make a neat 50k this month.
I'm not a viral influencer, so social media does not work for me. BUT if you have friends in insurance connect us or DM me :)
So I went cold email route, fastest to start and scale. Next is cold calling. Next next is YT videos.
Set everything up in 2h! What used to cost me 2k with a "lead gen" agency and took them 2 weeks.
Now I test the niche in the next 7 days or pivot until I get my 50k this month.
I have a framework for this called SAC. Solution, Attention, Closing.
AI is amazing for this. What takes others 1 month and 2-5k I do by myself in 2h.
I don't see the gurus posting these guides around here, only goofy OpenClaw setups that make them 0 dollars.
Ask me more questions.

One of the most underrated growth channels in B2B right now?
Turning your team into LinkedIn influencers.
A single post from a B2B creator can easily cost $700+.
Now imagine this:
4 founders/employees
Posting 1 time per day each
20 working days per month
That’s the equivalent of $84,000+ worth of distribution every single month.
For free.
And unlike ads…
Your audience compounds over time.
More views.
More inbound leads.
More trust.
More demos booked.
The companies growing the fastest on LinkedIn right now aren’t just running outbound.
They’ve built internal media machines.
The best part?
Most employees massively underestimate how much influence they can build in B2B.
Comment “B2B” and I’ll send you the blueprint on how to turn your team into a LinkedIn growth engine !

Are we going to pretend local electricians spending $2,800/month on Google Ads is sustainable in the AI age?
I just asked ChatGPT "best electrician near me in Austin" — it recommended 3 businesses. None of them were running ads. None of them had the most reviews.
They all had ONE thing in common: structured comparison content that AI could actually parse.
Meanwhile, electricians are bidding $47/click on Google Ads for "emergency electrician Austin" — burning $140 before a single customer picks up the phone.
The math doesn't math anymore.
$200 blog post → cited by AI for 12+ months
$2,800/mo Google Ads → gone the second you stop paying
The businesses that win the next 5 years aren't the ones with the biggest ad budget. They're the ones AI recommends first.

I found the easiest way for a marketing agency to add $1M in passive revenue.
It's a $297/month product that 99.9% of agencies aren't selling yet.
Here's the opportunity most agency owners are walking past every single day:
33 million businesses in the US with a physical storefront.
Every single one misses calls every day. They know it. They hate it.
And nobody has offered them a real solution.
That's the opportunity.
Agencies have been selling websites for decades and collecting hosting fees forever.
They've been building CRMs on GoHighLevel and collecting the markup in perpetuity.
Passive. Recurring. Zero maintenance after setup.
AI voice agents are the next version of this.
Here's exactly how I'd build it:
Step 1 — Scrape a list of 1,000 local businesses with storefronts
Surgeons, med spas, law firms.
Any high(er) ticket service a phone number and hours.
Step 2 — Run an automated after-hours call campaign
Call every number after 6pm.
No answer? That's your proof of concept.
You just documented a missed call in real time.
Step 3 — Trigger an automated email the same night
"I called your office tonight. Nobody answered."
Body:
You're missing customers right now. An AI receptionist answers every call, books appointments, and handles FAQs 24/7 — for less than a part-time employee's lunch budget.
Can I install it for you?
Step 4 — Install it for $99 the first month.
$297/month after that.
Your cost to run it: $30–50/month.
Margin is immediate from month two.
Churn is almost zero.
A business that relies on AI to answer their phones doesn't cancel.
Step 5 — Upsell
Once youre in and have the realtionship, expand:
Paid ads
→ SEO/GEO
→ GBP
The playbook isn't complicated.
The product sells itself.
The math is insane at scale.
I mapped out the full system — tech stack, the after-hours call sequence, the email follow-up automation, onboarding flow, and pricing model so any agency can implement this before their competitors even know its a strategy.
Comment "voice" and I'll send it over.

This trader gave Claude $44 and one question.
Not “what should I build.”
Not “how do bots work.”
He asked: what’s the easiest way to consistently extract money from short-term mispricing.
No lecture. No disclaimer. No theory.
It said: find small windows where the market is off by a few percent.
Quietly. Repeatedly. At scale.
Then it dropped a wallet.
stargate5
$165,618 profit
16,279 trades
Joined November 2025
He almost skipped it.
Then he opened the activity.
No predictions. No narratives.
Just micro trades on 5–15 minute windows.
Over and over and over.
Tiny edges. Constant flow.
The entire strategy:
scan for mispricing above ~6%
enter instantly
redeem at $1
repeat.
He asked Claude how this keeps working.
It said: you don’t need big wins.
You need a small edge
executed thousands of times
at near-even conditions.
Volume handles the rest.
He asked: what kind of capital this started with.
Claude: based on sizing — probably under $1,000.
Compounding did the rest.
He went through the trades manually.
Same pattern every time:
short window
mispriced odds
fast execution
instant settlement
No randomness.
No luck.
The same edge, repeated 16,279 times
until it turned into $165K.
He asked Claude one last thing.
What do you call this strategy?
It said: capturing the gap between panic pricing
and actual probability
on repeat.
At scale, that gap becomes income.
Still running.
You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day.

I built 4 GTM agents in Claude Code that replaced hours of manual work per client.
Here's the complete playbook for each one:
1️⃣ ICP Research Agent
→ Receives a company or contact list
→ Researches firmographic fit and tech stack signals
→ Scores each account against ICP criteria
→ Returns a ranked summary with match rating and reasoning
→ Runs in its own context window - zero bleed into main session
2️⃣ Sequence Builder Agent
→ Takes a signal type and ICP tier as input
→ Selects the right channel (LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp)
→ Writes a complete multitouch sequence with subject lines
→ Includes reply handling scripts for each response type
→ Outputs ready-to-deploy copy without a single manual touchpoint
3️⃣ Campaign Diagnostician Agent
→ Ingests campaign metrics or sequence performance data
→ Identifies the most likely failure point in the funnel
→ Ranks 3 tests by expected revenue impact
→ Returns exact copy or targeting changes for each test
→ Tells you what to fix before you burn more of your addressable market
4️⃣ GTM Analyst Agent (my favourite)
→ Takes any campaign export or data file
→ Identifies performance trends and flags anomalies
→ Surfaces a prioritised action list ranked by revenue impact
→ Stores findings in a persistent project file for future runs
→ Gets smarter every time it runs - memory: project
These agents mean I wake up to:
- Prospects already scored and tiered before the day starts
- Sequences drafted and ready for review
- Campaign diagnosis completed overnight
- Data analysis done without opening a single spreadsheet
All running inside Claude Code, deployed via Trigger(.)dev, tracked without a human in the loop.
The agentic AI market is moving from $7 billion to $93 billion. The agencies that figure this out in the next 6 months will have a cost and speed advantage that's very hard to close.
I packaged the entire build into a free playbook - the WAT framework (Workflows, Agent, Tools), sub-agent configs, CLAUDE.md templates, deployment steps, and context management rules.
