There was NO duty of care, not driving at a safe speed, failing to meet any standard of care. Driving with no caution, this is negligence.

I hope this is taken seriously and to have an outcome of this situation, as this driver does not care about those in his care and doesn’t try to apologise or see if the person needs any medical attention.
