After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

Mecklenburg County confirms DSS Child Family and Adult Services Director Kim Henderson has resigned. This comes as the county and police probe the death of 6-year-old Dominque Moody. Moody was found dead in a dog cage with duct tape. She only weighed 27 pounds. Attorney Ben Crump says 5 reports were made to DSS CFAS and no action was taken. Video taken by Channel 9 show Moody's home was in disrepair and disarray. "Stevie Wonder would see the abuse. If you just did your job!" He said. A spokesperson for the county claims Henderson's resignation "is not tied to any specific case." Henderson resigned from the mayor's racial equity initiative in 2022 after it was revealed the Ohio State Auditor's office flagged $3.8 billion in fraud that happened in the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services while she was in charge. Mecklenburg County hired Henderson after that. Mecklenburg County is declining to say when the last time DSS visited Moody's home. The county says they don't want to jeopardize the criminal investigation. Tonya McKnight, Dominique's aunt and caretaker, is charged with homicide. Alongside McKnight, Tery’n McKnight and Susan Robinson have been charged with felony child abuse.
