James Comey did not stumble onto a beach and innocently photograph some seashells. He is the former Director of the FBI. He spent decades studying exactly how coded language is used to signal violence against public figures. He led the Bureau through the rise of stochastic terrorism as a national security category. Then he posted “86 47” arranged in sand to hundreds of thousands of followers, with eighty-six being slang for elimination and forty-seven being the sitting President of the United States, who had survived two assassination attempts in the previous twelve months. He took the post down within hours, which is the move of a man who knew exactly what he had communicated and realized he had said it too plainly. Innocent posts do not get deleted within hours. The defense, that he simply did not connect the numbers to violence, is laughable. He was on a national press tour promoting his novel FDR Drive, a thriller about a public figure using coded messaging to incite his followers to commit acts of violence against political enemies. He told NPR the book’s central themes were free speech and “what happens when someone’s words incite violence.” A man cannot be on national radio explaining how coded incitement operates while simultaneously claiming he failed to recognize coded incitement in his own Instagram feed. That is not a coincidence. That is a confession delivered by a defendant who spent eight years building a public career on personal opposition to Donald Trump. The First Amendment is not a magic word. The Supreme Court ruled in Counterman v. Colorado in 2023 that true threats lose protection when the speaker consciously disregards a substantial risk his communication will be read as threatening violence. Comey’s expertise, his audience, his timing, his take-down, and his eight years of documented hostility toward the President all answer that question. He knew. He of all people knew. And in the end, the country needs to face what this case actually is: a former Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation posting a coded call for the removal of a sitting President during an active assassination threat environment, then asking the same Bureau he once led to believe he meant nothing by it. Stop it.

🚨 BREAKING: Jay Swanson, a former state trooper who investigated child care fraud in Minnesota, provides damning testimony to the House fraud committee Scammers would "say they first heard about it while in the refugee camp in Kenya ... they had heard you could run the scam in a number of different states, but it was easiest and you could make the most money doing it in Minnesota." Swanson then detailed the retaliation he says he faced from Department of Human Services leaders and said he was told to delete some of his answers to an inquiry from the legislative auditor. "I soon had a senior DHS official in my office, angry, red-faced, and almost yelling. The senior DHS official told me to delete a number of paragraphs ... I then advised this official that I believed what they were telling me to do was illegal." "I told them that the fraud was so huge that sooner or later it would come to light."

Do pedophile rapist traitors deserve to die? Don’t answer that, it’s a rhetorical question. But know this: there are PLENTY of people who believe pedophile rapist traitors deserve to die, and they are willing to take matters into their own hands. So if you call someone a "pedophile rapist traitor” (as Cole Allen labeled President Trump in his manifesto that reads like it was written as an episode of “Friends” entitled “Chandler Loses It”) over and over and over, don’t be surprised that many other someones try to kill the person you are slandering. If that’s you passing the slander, you are an accessory to attempted murder—maybe not legally, but certainly morally.

(I'm a high school history teacher. Midway through the semester we started covering the Civil Rights Movement. I showed a documentary with footage from protests and sit-ins. A few days after a quiz on the subject, I got a furious phone call from a parent.) Father: "If you don't tell me who authorized this propaganda, I'm filing a complaint with the district TODAY" Me: "Uh... good afternoon, sir. I'm [My Name], I teach U.S. History. What exactly are you referring to?" Father: "I'm talking about YOU filling my daughter's head with lies about American history and making her think this country was built on racism" Me: "I'm sorry, what?" Father: "You showed her a film depicting America as some evil oppressive nightmare! She came home crying saying she was ashamed to be American" Me: "What's your daughter's name, sir?" He told me and I immediately remembered her because she was the most engaged student during that entire unit, asking thoughtful questions and taking detailed notes. Father: "You liberal piece of garbage, I won't have you brainwashing our kids with revisionist nonsense! The Civil Rights Movement didn't happen the way you're teaching it! You're pushing a political agenda" Me: "Sir, with all due respect, how can you possibly deny that the Civil Rights Movement happened?" Father: "What?" Me: "We're literally teaching documented American history. The protests, the marches, the legislation, these are verifiable historical events with mountains of evidence, photographs, video footage, and living witnesses. There's no agenda here. This is just factual history that happened within living memory." Father: "You're distorting the truth" Me: "Sir, I'm very sorry, but if you're going to deny well-documented historical events that fundamentally shaped modern America, then I can't help you. I strongly encourage you to speak with your daughter about what she's actually learning rather than assuming the worst." I politely ended the call. The next day I showed another documentary, this time about the Freedom Riders. And naturally, that man's daughter was completely captivated, taking notes furiously and asking to borrow books on the subject. I think I might've inspired a future historian. “Should schools teach the full truth of history, even when it makes people uncomfortable?”

@BelezaManifique @heavensbvnny I used to think that as well. Now I have a better understanding of what the Bible actually says vs. what the mainstream told me it said. I am so thankful to Jesus. He is the only way.

@notMNKris10 @heavensbvnny At the same time, different people find that understanding through different paths, psychology, therapy, relationships, or religion so it’s interesting how many routes there are to the same kind of self-awareness.

ADHD is one of the most painful things to live with. Not because it's loud, because it's contradictory. You're capable of anything and motivated to do almost nothing. You understand everyone around you, but can't explain what's happening inside yourself. You have brilliant ideas, but no patience to finish a single one. You're a genius who can't handle an email, an extrovert who needs to be completely alone, a person full of advice who can't follow any of it. And the worst part? You know.

If you were horrified last night watching our elected leaders run and scramble because of gun violence, just imagine how my daughter Jaime felt in school running from an active shooter before she was killed. Now, becomes a part of the solution and only vote for people determined to address gun violence in America.
