@AspirinJuice425 I mean, xenoblade 2 is basically pure fantasy with early industrial revolution signs until it isnt
English

@Luxin_Xeno the girl is Eleanor (exact spelling pending) from what I can get from the monolith tweet in JP, other than that no character names from what i could see
English

@Shurishere @TylerMcGuirk_ nintendo switch 2 editions are always paid, any free Nintendo Switch 2 updates for old games are just branded as updates, not editions
English

@TylerMcGuirk_ Is this paid or is this a free upgrade? I can never tell with the NS2 editions
English

@CLADverse @DanielOlimac They are obviously AI to anyone familiar with hanzi/kanji/other derived writing systems
shapes that look like distinct characters mashed together, nonexistent radicals, bizarre caligraphy in some places.
this was not made by a person who knows Hanzi

@DanielOlimac Hold your horses Mr self proclaimed Ai slop expert. 1) ShiftUp already stated that using Ai in prototyping and Stellar Blade Blood Rain is still in very early development. 2) What exactly makes it look Ai-isch to you? Just because these characters doesn't exists?
English

AI-generated elements are indeed present in the "Stellar Blade Blood Rain" trailer.
Some of the "Chinese writing" is very visibly AI slop.
I didn't want to point it out earlier because I presume these are placeholders to be replaced throughout development (and mostly because I'm not comfortable enough with Chinese writing to authoritatively point the finger).
Still, not a good look to have these in your reveal trailer. It's... sloppy.

@DanielOlimac some of the Chinese players noticed that the Chinese text in the trailer was made by AI, lotta characters don’t exist in Chinese
English

@novabeartcg even if you include past relationships the amount of 100% official relationships where both characters are even named probably doesnt crack 20
English

@novabeartcg 2 of those are even initiated exclusively out of political interest even if they seem happy in the relationship
I suppose there is the Lola-Gotti marriage that happened in the cover story as well, but like?

@ImmaGott @intentionalisms @phendetta @butleriano it is seem as very pro-corporate, pro-landowners, pro-old money.
They are seem as straying away from the traditional sertanejo music that is seem as more reflective of the people in its folk origins
English

@ImmaGott @intentionalisms @phendetta @butleriano sertanjo universitario quickly became very popular with teenagers-young adults, but attracted criticism for basically being extremely shallow. Agronejo is more recent and it has been criticized for being an exaltation of the agricultural business

I’m trying to come up with an american equivalent to the Goianistão and I’m realizing that I can’t. Imagine a place with a concentration of wealth, power and misanthropy of the Bay Area; now imagine it had the literacy rates of West Virginia and the racial politics of Mississippi. And now imagine its newfound wealth results in a massive influx of a music genre I can only describe as “Taylor Swift for men”.

@KaneBlueriverCL modern information sharing also leads to these glitches and weird unintended stuff to be found, spread and reach the devs faster which leads to them patching them oit
English

@KaneBlueriverCL the way modern fighting game culture works inherently leads to very quick optimization and homogenization of knowledge, which is then made worse by how modern games tend to patch away glitches and bizarre interactions all well as having less weird character specific quirks anyway
