Paid @DigitalOcean $5 to start using their platform. Account immediately locked for “manual review.” No explanation. No access. Support won’t say why. Now requesting a refund. Not a great first impression.

@Monstrello I think your experience with it really depends on your vehicle model and your geographical location. Places like California and Texas have more data so the braking will be less. Also because you have a refreshed model y, I believe it runs better, for various reasons.

@SawyerMerritt Does launch series have AI5 (Hardware 5) or is it coming with HW4? I have a 2023 MY with HW3 and I can’t believe how poorly FSD works compared to my wife’s HW4 model 3 FSD so I don’t want to get burned again buying just before Tesla starts selling cars with HW5

A similarly specced legacy Model Y LR AWD would cost $61,990, or $2,000 more than the new Launch Series Model Y, and that's excluding all the exclusive badging, puddle light, etc, and you're getting all the new upgrades in the new Y too.

@elonmusk Your the one who got out of OpenAI saying its "on a path of certain failure." Also, Tesla's cars feature a totally closed sourced OS, closed source AI models for self driving, and the car's ecosystem is even more locked down then Apple, I didn't even think that was possible.

OpenAI was funded as an open source, nonprofit, but has become a closed source, profit-maximizer
