thanks for all the well-wishes! 🙏 without delving into too many personal details: no, this was not a joke. yes, I’m all good now. no, no evidence of any foul play (though can’t definitively rule it out). got lucky, new frens had my back! gonna do my best to take better care of my health going forward. a stark reminder of what it means to be human. memento mori. JOB’S NOT FINISHED THE SHOW GOES ON 🫡

@RidgetopAI It's the language that software teams use, these models use that language too. I noticed that as well

Is it me or do these different models converge on the same thing often. Where did “slice” come from. And both Claude and GPT5.5 say it now. Just weird.

@haider1 i used to enjoy CC but the quality of outputs was erratic, would hallucinate and lie, then the rate limit thing suuuucked. cant work like that. codex won me over.

codex vs. claude code shows why competition matters anthropic now has to either lower prices or give people a real reason to stay lots of users left after the limits got worse that's exactly why competition matters: it stops companies from getting too comfortable and benefits users

Small businesses data is a usually a mess. It’s scattered across email, local and cloud files, texts. Different formats: PDFs, excel, images, text. How do you bring all this together in perfect #Harmony?

@DiogoMCaetano @linuz90 Rate limits killed claude code for me. Couldn't work. Codex actually finished projects and asked what's next?

Codex is my favorite coding app right now. It's clean, but has everything I need to ship fast. It's also quite delightful to use and snappy, and shows enough context without overwhelming. I was hesitant to try it because I don't like locking in with a single provider, and I was also really into working in the Terminal, and yet now I'm using it for 90%+ of my work.

i’m surprised some of the key researchers aren’t a little more outspoken about what’s coming. there have been a few public comments around how quick the pace of progress is going to be in the next six months. maybe there’s a risk of spreading fear and not wanting to alarm people but it’s become obvious that every couple of months the intelligence of these models is going to double. particularly at google, anthropic, and openai. coupled with some huge breakthroughs in computer use, things are about to become strange. senior figures claiming the last few years will seem slow should be enough but the world rolls on like it was never said.

Wow the sense of falling behind is real. I work full-time and get 4-6 hours in the evenings to work with AI. What is it going to be like in 6 months? I need a sponsor. Ha.

@Mugilan_SS @OpenAI It’s the small things. When we designed this the tradeoff was between a good experience or optimize for margin and not allow to draw more usage than you technically have. We chose to optimize for the experience as it’s really annoying to have your agent interrupted midway.

Codex is not like claude code. if you know the limit is going to end, like last 10 to 8%, give an very long run task, and even after the limit got ever, it will continue to do the task until the task was completed. Shout out to @OpenAI team.

Idk what @sama and his team at @OpenAI are cooking. GPT 5.5 is soooo good at every day tasks. 3 months ago GPT was horrible at writing copy but now it writes the smoothest human like articles I've read by an AI. Might just unsubscribe from Claude at this point.

i’d counted gemini out because their models lacked agency but they look back in the race. the next (imminent) gemini model will the new sota and it may be hard to displace them. looks like they’ll have their own codex moment at last. the giant is waking up.

I’ve found myself being much “nicer” to gpt 5.5, going out of my way to compliment the work in ways I never did before. It feels like working with a higher intelligence. I was never rude to other models, but caught myself being more aggressive in the past.

So I just asked GPT 5.5 to create a minimal clone of HVM4 in TypeScript with just the features I needed to run a specific version of SupGen, and it one shot a functioning runtime (link below). There are no words to describe this, it is just... beautiful. We're living the future.

The other part of the heart/cancer story is control of resting potential. Cardiac cells have a very strong control of their bioelectric state, and are extremely resistant to the kind of persistent depolarization necessary for the cancer phenotype. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC42… thoughtforms.life/cancer-and-cel… Neural cells too, but they can be forced into mitosis etc. by persistent depolarizarion: sciencemag.org/cgi/reprint/19…

Wondered why we don’t hear about heart cancer? Contraction-sensing Nesprin-2 protein is discovered to prevent heart cancer By causing cells to pulse (or adding in Nespirin) we might be able to treat cancer in other organs 👏 @ScienceMagazine
