Every time I'm in India, I notice my eyes water more, I blow my nose more and people in general cough more. My parents always said these were "allergies" but whenever they come to visit me in the US, they miraculously disappear. We live in denial of a massive health crisis.

Cities are centres of energy! So pumped by the inventive energy of founders in Bangalore! Met early stage founders @peakxvpartners mixer yesterday solving for everything from cancer, space, tourism, energy, employee benefits & more. Humbled by their courage, focus and gumption. Salute to everyone building…you make the world a better place. 🙏

Hi folks, would love to connect with anyone building in the mental health space for Indian audiences. Interested to explore Tech interventions, upskilling programs, community-led wellness, expert-driven care or any other approach to this sector. Have a bunch of questions around customer personas, GTM, overcoming biases etc. Any leads or introductions are appreciated :)

For every “omg look at every Indian founder in the valley” post, I have a “omg look every valley VC in India” 💃🏽💃🏽 Lovely catching up with the wonderful @priya_ramach plotting big things to come! If you’re an early stage SaaS / deep tech founder, you have GOT to meet Priya.

be short thinking, long vibes dudes will waste their entire lives on "big ideas" and "frameworks". the world doesn't care, it operates on vibes alone. stop overthinking things. the outcome you're looking for isn't found reading 5000 blog posts, its always a snap judgment

The hottest thing a man can ever do is make me turn my brain off around him because I am always on guard and always very aware of my surroundings, but really just want someone to turn my brain off around

The more time I spend at @RainmatterOrg, the more I realize that India's social sector's funding model needs to be fixed. There are too few funders and too many existential issues. Most people think that supporting non-profits is only the job of Corporate CSR. 1/6

Life is like a marathon, and you need to be able to finish strong. Physical and mental health are among the most important aspects in life. You can't buy good health with all the money in the world. I try to get a workout first thing in the morning with Seema; it also acts like our bonding exercise. 😀A workout first thing also means I make better choices with food throughout the day. As for the mind, I try to talk about whatever is bothering me. Postponing this almost always makes it worse. Having hobbies like music and sports means I also get to spend time with myself, which helps a lot. We also get regular health checkups. Nothing in life can guarantee perfect health. Regular checkups help you spot issues early and act on them. This is the best we can do. It was super fun talking about all of this along with the brother @nikhilkamathcio on his podcast along with @SunielVShetty @mukeshbansal06. youtu.be/6HE6d0lKh4o And yeah, @nikhilkamathcio (Nik) and @Nithin0dha are two different people. It's ridiculous how many people think we are the same person😬 Nik is the best trader I know, he manages public market investments at Zerodha, runs this awesome podcast, and does a bunch of other things. I run the business as CEO of @zerodha and manage Zerodha’s private investments through @Rainmatterin.

honestly guys, there was nothing to really write home about. There were a lot of questions that were generally just glossed on, nobody had the time to address all the questions in depth.
