I’ve decided, I’m going ALL IN on Rust & C++. No distractions. These two languages align perfectly with my goals, and I’m ready to build some cool stuffs.

People want a top-level coder at 5-10k/month some even expect unpaid. No training, no proper onboarding just jump in and perform like a senior. And when the intern can't meet those expectations, they get blamed for being "not good enough." But here's the truth: at that budget, you won't get a highly skilled developer. And if someone is skilled, they shouldn't be working for 10k. Unfortunately, due to lack of opportunities, many still accept low or unpaid roles and that's where exploitation begins. Interns are meant to learn, not deliver production ready code on day one. They need guidance, not pressure. Hiring at intern-level pay and expecting senior-level performance? That's not opportunity that's just taking advantage. Its time companies and startups stop confusing “cheap labor” with “talent.”

Name an underrated movie.
