@BritishGasHelp Awaiting on a manager callback since 1st Feb. Shocking service on the phone and even worse that you can’t call someone back who has raised a complaint. Disgraceful service. Please get back to me so we can get this resolved.
@DFSCare Shoddy service. You cancelled a service manager appointment halfway through the window this morning. Customer service say they’ll sort and get back to me today. No callback yet and nobody at customer service seems to be able to do anything or tell me why! Please help!!
@Sofology trying to get hold of someone regarding an issue with new sofa. No response on ‘live’ chat after 24 hours. No email response and getting cut off on the phone. Really not happy.
@Outriders Can’t get past the mission ‘Carnage’ on PS5! Get the mission complete message on screen, cut scene, then kicked back to character select saying level not downloaded?? There’s no updates or downloads pending so not sure what’s going on!
@PlayAvengers I’m still having this issue on PS5. Tried both back up saves from the PS4 version and it just hangs when trying to load the PS5 version. Getting frustrated to say the least.
We are aware of a small number of users (across all platforms) running into a persistent crash playing the latest version of the game. We suggest using the back-up save feature to work around this. You can find instructions here: support.square-enix-games.com/s/article/0000…
@PlayAvengers Can’t load the PS5 version after migrating save data from PS4 version. It just freezes. And I’ve tried the backup saves. Where do I go from here??
