@joannaccherry @ndls61 Thing is that nobody will trust their independent review because it's unlikely to be independent & at best the findings will be that lessons must be learned (yawn) & practice will improve going forward. Nothing will happen to those who turned away, nothing ever does.

Finally there is to be the independent review of the SNP complaints process that I first called for 6 years ago. It must it address the evidence I have provided since 2019 of complaints against party loyalists being ignored while complaints against free thinkers were weaponised

Bloody hell! This just confirms what being on this platform for two years has made clear to me as a Black woman (who, btw, has never once in my entire life been mistaken for a man. And neither has my mum, sisters, daughter or any female relatives). The vilest racists are on the 'tolerant' Left. And the really sad/shocking/unnerving/enraging thing is that they don't get it.
