@abevoelker @maxlynch One area livestream programming can be good is in small doses it gives you a chance to essentially pair program with someone much better than you
Not that it applies to the majority of content creators
English

@maxlynch Oh for sure man it's strange times. And for programming I still don't really get it, I'm not the type to like, watch someone program on a livestream (yawn). But I'd never bet against the zoomer need to just have some mindless content playing in the background at all times

We just launched gorilla-memories.com/en as part of our journey to a multi-tenancy approach.
Built with @astrodotbuild and @payloadcms

We just updated our Better Fields @payloadcms plugin to support 2.0 and now comes with an Alert Box field so you can provide conditional information to your editors!
Some breaking changes 🙈

In 2 weeks I'll be giving an introduction talk to @payloadcms over at youtube.com/watch?v=U2TWQR… ! Join in for a quick introduction into this little gem, and ask any questions you might have #opensource
English

Fantastic write up! We dont think people have really taken to the idea of deploying a CMS/app backend entirely serverless just yet either
The more you use Payload the more you think "huh, why wasnt it like this from the beginning?"

@heyandras Monday hate is universal, though maybe if your week starts on Sunday you take it out on that one
English

@davedbase @meilisearch For the cloud version it looks like it may already exist, I wonder if this works for non documentation sites blog.meilisearch.com/documentation-…
English

Does @meilisearch have a crawler similar to Algolia? If not how are people solving that problem?
English

@JamesMikrut Yeah, we actually don't want so many good updates at once, sets the wrong expectations
English

ugh, so much is coming in 2.0 that it's sickening

Upload cropping, focal point selection and size previews coming soon... @payloadcms 🎁
English

@davedbase If it's not something unreasonable like asking for medium rare in mcdonalds you're probably fine 😅

Killer feature incoming 🔥

Exciting news! 🚀 The new richtext editor for @payloadcms, powered by @lexicaljs, is shaping up beautifully. With payload blocks baked into the editor, never has it been easier to extend. It'll be the most user-friendly and extensible richtext editor ever seen in a CMS.
