It's official, I'm joining @perpltrade as a Frontend Developer.
What makes this special: I've quietly been building here for almost three months already. This isn't the start of the journey, it's the moment it became real. In these first months I've had my hands deep in the product, shipping the tournament pages, sharpening the UI across the app, and building out the Points page.
Perpl's mission is easy to say and brutally hard to ship: the best perp in the game, and the only 100% on-chain CLOB. Built on Monad, the impossible turns lightning-fast and zero-friction. Living inside that contradiction every day is what hooked me and I couldn't be more excited to be part of this team, because I genuinely share their vision.
Joining a team of this caliber is, without a doubt, a pivot point in my life as a developer. It's the kind of moment you only get a few times. And it comes with something I didn't always have along the way: the feeling of serving a cause that actually matters.
None of it happens without the people.
Massive respect to the founders, @0x70626a, who take the hardest technical problems head-on while staying ruthlessly faithful to the core ethos of Web3. They set the bar, then keep raising it.
The dev team operates on another level, from the backend minds making a fully on-chain CLOB actually work, to Gazim on frontend, whose command of the craft earns instant respect and pushes me to elevate my own game every single day.
On design, @jon_designs makes the work a genuine joy, and his talent is rare, alongside the brilliant @Liliia_Eth, whose visuals simply speak for themselves.
And @_gvan on growth, who opened the door for me and whose vision for community is something else, together with the social team holding down the Discord (s/o @0xArich) and everyone grinding in the shadows.
Building in Web3 for years has never been a straight line. There was doubt. There were steep climbs and longer nights than I'd care to admit. But I kept pushing, to grow as a developer, to ship things that hold up, and to never lose sight of the person on the other side of the screen.
@monad gave me an environment where this passion could become a full-time reality, and connected me with people from every corner of the globe. The hackathons. The IRL events. The incredible French community. And the ones I've never even met who still pushed me to give everything.
Looking back, the hard moments and the late nights are exactly what make reaching this milestone mean something. To join a team of this quality isn't just a line on a profile, it's a real source of pride.
Now I'm fully locked in to help @perpltrade redefine on-chain trading
