Hi everyone👋, I’m Julien. 10+ years trading. Binance influencer. @cz_binance opened the door to crypto for me. Today I’m writing this with rage in my heart and a single goal: to finally get answers. On October 11, while the market was crashing, @MEXC_Official stole $39,000 from me with a silent bug. 56 days, 100+ emails @MEXC_CST, 23 different agents, 6 contradictory lies, 0 reply from CSO @cecilia_hsueh. Their final solution? -> $100 USDT bonus for closing the case (in silence). The craziest part? I got liquidated at new all-time highs for Bitcoin, Ethereum and every alt😆while the entire market was down 30-50 %. • ETH long → $5,535 (their Fair Price: $3,672) • BTC long → $136,367 (Fair Price: $108,409) • BONK → 23× its real price • XAI → 171× • HIPPO → +2,338 % above Fair Price These prices never existed on any other exchange. Then MEXC quietly deleted 12 positions from my history. The ones with the worst prices and the highest profits. Some liquidated positions even showed positive PNL (XCH, USELESS and others positions which was removed from history... WHY?). No legitimate exchange liquidates winning trades. I sent everything. Even a formal notice to Seychelles. I offered a quiet settlement for 55 days. They answered with $100 and "we can help you film the bug that happened 55 days ago". I’m not alone, Many victims. @st88887 lost $81,936 → offered $300. MEXC is the ONLY top-10 exchange that refused refunds for the October crash. 9 others (Binance, Bybit, OKX, HTX, KuCoin, Gate.io, Bitunix, Kraken, dYdX) paid millions. MEXC paid $100 jokes. Legal violations already filed: • VASP Act §14.3 – refusal of logs • GDPR – data tampering • MiCA Art. 68 – no transparency • Financial Commission §4.2 I know this post will get love😍, hate😡, moralizing comments🤔and probably Mexc bots🤖. I really don’t care. The goal of this action is simple: Expose this story to the widest audience possible. Because this is about justice and justice matters.
