Apps are becoming Ecom on minimums.
Due to the ease of creation.
Expect saturated markets, but also a shift toward sub-avatars.
Where ad-driven apps laser-focus on niche audiences.
Time will tell.

A hater told me I was lucky because I make money with apps. He said he built "hundreds of apps" and nobody buys them. Here's the problem: Building hundreds of apps doesn't mean anything if you can’t market them.

The secret to realistic AI influencer videos? Make them uglier 🤯
No perfect lighting. No flawless skin. No cinematic framing.
You should be using a master prompt that adds human imperfection.
Here's key phrases to include:
→ Shot on iPhone 15 Pro Max
→ Natural window light only
→ Off-center, slightly imperfect framing
→ Subtle phone-camera grain
→ Visible pores
→ Uneven skin texture
→ Facial asymmetry
→ Under-eye darkness
→ Smile lines
→ Mild nose redness
→ Controlled flyaways in the hair
These "flaws" guide the model to pull from the most realistic corner of its training data.
One upscale pass and you've got AI avatars ready for ads.
No creator. No film crew. No budget.
Comment "AI" and I'll send you the exact master prompt I’m using (must be following so I can dm you!).

@nowackecom not a big difference in my opinion, you just get better with consistency, also with testing more and improving things constantly, but it's the same work

Here are the ad iterations I make to milk everything out of a winner ad:
For video ads:
- New hooks - can be as small as changing the text overlay, or as big as recording a completely new spoken and visual hook
- Test new leads
- Reuse the exact same script with different creators
- Change b-roll (especially when it’s a AI VO + b-roll ad)
- Speed up or slow down the video
- Make shorter or longer versions (cut it down to the core message or extend with more proof or better explanation of mechanism)
- Test different testimonials
For static ads:
I mostly swap headlines and visuals.
Winning visual + new headlines, or winning headline + new visuals.
When it's a "native" looking static with no headline, I experiment with changing the person or main object using Gemini or Higgsfield.
For example: if the winning ad has a young black woman, I'll make variations with an old black woman, young asian woman, white woman, etc…
The key is isolating each variable while keeping everything else constant.
That's how you find out what's actually driving performance.
Stacks@Stacksss23
@DTCMidas yea bro what do you consider an iteration and what type of iteration do you make when you say « milk everything out » ?
