For booking ID: OW40-4774160, scheduled for 2:45 AM from IGI Delhi, the driver never called, and the contact number provided was incorrect/unreachable. To make matters worse, there was no customer support available during such critical hours. How do you expect to grow with such poor service? I had to book an Uber last minute to continue my journey. This was highly disappointing and unprofessional.
