Today we’re launching Vybe to the world and announcing our $10M Seed round to make vibe-coding actually work inside companies. This is why, how and our vision: Over the last few decades, every fast-growing company has quietly built the same mess behind the scenes: internal ops glued together with rigid SaaS, fragile spreadsheets or custom-coded tools nobody wants to maintain. Meanwhile, eng teams are stretched thin. Internal tools never make it to the top of the backlog. Vibe-coding is changing the game but it’s mostly been good for prototypes, landing pages, and side projects disconnected to production data. Our belief is simple: in the next few years, most internal software will be vibe-coded by teams working with AI, engineers and business teams together. Vybe is built for that collaboration: 1/ Business teams own the surface area:  Business teams (Ops, CX, PMs etc.)  can build and iterate on apps themselves: flows, UI, fields, and logic; without waiting weeks for eng to pick up another “internal tools” ticket. 2/ Engineers own the foundation:  Integrate production data (Postgres, Salesforce, Jira, and 3,000 integrations), define SQL definitions once, set up SSO auth, access control, and keep everything in Git to help when needed (from their favorite IDE!) 3/ Secure by design:  Our security and permissioning layer is not vibe-coded and can’t be modified by AI. Everyone can sleep at night. 4/ Team-ready out of the box:  SSO, Auth, environments, deployments, and review flows are built in. Over the last few months, we’ve been in closed waitlist mode and have hand-onboarded teams to pressure-test Vybe on real production workflows: - A YC Founder runs his entire CS operation on Vybe and saves ~2 days per week. - Another company ingested millions of rows from their warehouse to build BI-like internal views that would break typical AI builders. - One team fully replaced Metabase/Looker by plugging Redshift into Vybe and just… prompting their way to MAU, DAU, funnels… Remix apps from world-class operators To make it even easier to get started, we’re launching templates co-created with operators who’ve already solved these problems at scale: - @collinmathilde (CEO @ Front) – how she runs 1:1s - @lennysan (yeah, that Lenny!) - how to manage up, do perf reviews and write PRDs - @sushmars (CTO @ 23andMe) - her  7Cs Framework for Build vs. Buy Decisions - and many more from the best Tech leaders Backed by people who’ve lived this pain We’ve raised $10M in Seed funding, led by @firstround with participation from @ycombinator and an incredible group of operators and founders, including: The CEO Datadog, CEO Grammarly, CEO Reforge, CTO Intercom, Head of Product at OpenAI, Head of Product Anthropic, and 50 more incredible operators who believed in our vision! Huge thank you to our early customers, team, and investors for believing in us this early. 🙏 We’re now in GA: no more waitlist! vybe.build

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always dreamt of one day building fully secure and compliant agentic workflows for the enterprise. Today, my heart is brimming with unspeakable joy: announcing Lindy Enterprise. Every enterprise wants to adopt AI: leaders exhort their team to use more tools, and teams are happy to oblige, given the productivity gains. But now IT has a mess on its hands: everyone signs up to everything, and sensitive data is flying everywhere. Lindy Enterprise ends the shadow IT nightmare. It lets companies deploy agents across all functions in a secure and compliant way. This means SSO, SCIM, RBAC, Audit Logs, and compliance with SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR. We’re also announcing Agentic Evals, which let you define, monitor and replay key scenarios you want your agents to handle flawlessly, and prevent regressions over time. All available today! Announcing Lindy Build: the new State Of The Art in vibe coding. Using a web browsing agent, it clicks around, finds issues, and fixes them, 100% autonomously. If you’ve tried vibe coding, the first 5 mins of going from prompt to prototype feel magical. What sucks is that you then have to spend hours going back and forth with this blind engineer to fix issues that are obvious to you. Lindy Build is magical end-to-end: describe any complex app, go grab lunch, and have something working and bug-free when you come back.

Announcing a new chapter for AI agents: Lindy 3.0. Our vision has always been the "Al employee": as capable as humans (can do anything on a computer) and as easy to use (just ask). 3.0 takes 3 giant steps in this direction, with Agent Builder, Autopilot, and Team Collaboration.

📢 Big news in the world of experimentation and AI: @eppohq has been acquired by @datadoghq! When I first met @chesharma87 four years ago, we immediately connected over the need for more advanced experimentation tooling. Since then, the rise of AI has only intensified that need—underlying AI models and agents have increased product complexity, and the pace of product and marketing changes is accelerating. While I believe this velocity is key to success, measuring true impact on business metrics has never been harder — Eppo brings much-needed clarity to that chaos, and I’m incredibly proud of what the team has built. HUGE congratulations to Che and the entire Eppo team! Datadog is lucky to have you 🚀 and thanks for letting me play a small role on your journey -- more below: mnlo.vc/eppo-datadog

Life update 🚨 8 months after I went viral for supporting my YC boyfriend, he proposed this past weekend by bringing together a hundred of our friends and family to surprise me with a standup comedy show (that I had to perform in). I posted the tweet in jest, but it sparked a "global gender debate" about women being "invisible emotional labor sidekicks to men's visible professional successes." In actuality my fiancée(!) is my secret weapon. Every month we go over our long-term and short-term goals and how we can support each other in our progress. He is the clearest thinker I know and edits my posts. He sends me a pep talk on his walk to work every day, sources deals and tests out products for me, role plays difficult conversations with me. He is always on the look-out for opportunities I can benefit from to make sure I have everything I need to succeed, and more. Gender norms aside, having a truly supportive partner is a game changer and should always be celebrated. Oh and he does my laundry.

My boyfriend is in YC and this is what I come home to Friday night. I make sure that he’s fed, do his laundry cut his hair. I give feedback, customer intros, and encouragement. YC girlfriends should be granted sweat equity. @ycombinator 30 days until demo day 💪

Today we’re unveiling @chemistry_fund - a new firm founded by @kshenster, @Mark_Goldberg_ and me. We’re also announcing a debut fund of $350M – dedicated to going all in with a select number of high conviction investments at the Seed and Series A. I couldn’t be more excited to team up with Mark and Kristina after the proverbial lightning bolt struck us all earlier this year: we got in a room (actually, several rooms, and offsites, and underground parking lots) and many working sessions and hummus snacks later, realized we had the exact same vision for how to build a venture firm from scratch (not to mention the chemistry to pull it off 😉). We discovered we were so remarkably aligned on what the industry needs - and let’s face it - what it does NOT need - that we had to burn the boats and build this new thing ourselves. One thing we were certain of: this new firm would strip away the excess and instead focus maniacally on the true essence - going all in with our founders from the earliest stages. We each said out loud what had been staring us in the face: venture capital isn’t meant to scale. Committing fully and wholeheartedly to each and every one of our investments may not be a recipe for rapid growth, but it’s our north star and built into the very fabric of Chemistry. All three of us will actively support each investment. We are the portfolio services team. No one else sits between us and our founders. We strive to bring excellence - one of our core firm values - to early-stage investing. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am to the mentors I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from both inside and outside of Bessemer, the founders I’ve had the pleasure of working with, the seed and angel ecosystem that has served as an amazing sounding board for us along the way, and, finally, the LPs who have taken the plunge with us. With incredible excitement for what’s to come… chemistry.vc/post/introduci…

Current AI Obsession: Lindy (@getlindy) It's fucking crazy. TLDR: you can create your own AI agents using a super simple flow chart interface. Currently working on: - Negotiation agent (negotiate things on my behalf using the principles from Never Split The Difference) - Agent that texts me bios/recent email history before I meet someone – Agent that does outbound sales prospecting for our news business

At Nira, we began with a vision to solve enterprise search challenges. Over time, our focus evolved and we pivoted to tackle some of the most pressing security issues facing organizations today. After four years of building a cybersecurity platform that IT and Security teams trust, I’m excited to announce that Nira has been acquired by @Dropbox. This marks a significant milestone for us, and I couldn’t be prouder of the product that we have built and how much our team accomplished. Here’s the message we just sent to our customers:
