@ATTHelp you are the ONLY provider for my building in North Hollywood, and Internet has been out since yesterday morning. ETA has moved from 3pm yesterday, to 9pm yesterday, to 9am today, to now by 9pm this evening. What is going on??

@drfatimahr @Delta We booked and confirmed our pet res in JULY and were told inexplicably it was “first come first served” PHYSICALLY AT THE AIRPORT.

@drfatimahr @Delta This happened to us at 4am today at the Delta counter. We’ve flown with our dog for YEARS and this has never happened. They tried to tell us we messed up but there were dozens of us at the check in counter experiencing the same thing!

Purchased tickets on @Delta on October 27th for travel on Dec 20th. Contacted customer service immediately after booking to add pet in cabin. Was told I’m all set. Now they’re telling me pet isn’t on my reservation & no more are accepted. Somebody messed up and it wasn’t me!

I really need @Delta @DeltaCustBroma to explain how I can book tickets and confirm a pet reservation in JULY, and then be told at the check in desk that there is no more room for pets on our flight. Agent claimed it’s first come first served AT THE AIRPORT?
