Hi @nsandi I can’t believe that Premium Bonds draws are fair and random. 2 bond holders with exactly the same amount of holdings. Yet 1 consistently wins more. Practically every time. Over 5 years. 🤯 not consistent with chance

@nsandi just to say the Chat service is appalling and the automated phone service is equally frustrating should you want to speak to somebody about a specific question. Both systems have not been tested well at all.
