Why is it so difficult for my son to access his account as he is 16 now. Why do we have to ring you to register his money. You are illegally holding his money. He is on the phone since 20 minutes. Really poor service. @nsandi

@nsandi your website keeps logging me out “for security reasons”. I’ve phoned you and been advised to turn off my own security features (VPN & IP tracking) to make yours work. Banks, Government and other secure connections work fine with my settings. So please make it make sense.

@nsandi Please make the signing into our accounts a bit easier, I understand 2 factor verification but even when I am in my account and wish to navigate or make changes, it keeps asking for 2 factor & logging me out constantly.

@mentorthedragon @nsandi I'm at the maximum limit and been an NS&I account holder since 2021. For the past 4 months, I haven't won anything and before that, I was getting £25-£75 and yet, some people were winning big cash prizes and only been a holder for a few months on small holdings. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you have @nsandi Premium Bonds? Are you getting the average 1 prize per month per 22,000 bonds held? It seems to me that this is not happening since the scandals that resulted in the CEO leaving. I think they are covering up losses by issuing fewer prizes.
