I’ll write more soon, but I’ve been following Evagrius’s instructions for observing the tempting “demonic” thoughts, and the practice has felt relevant and surprisingly beautiful. My hope is that this is a playful yet instructive way to engage with this 1600-year-old material!

as Ken shares in his newsletter, there are several new series that were previously unavailable. As someone who has been working through Ken's teachings for 10 years, I feel like I've just scratched the surface. So it's hard to know how much goodness is waiting in these resources
