A NSW Liberals and Nationals Government would initiate a major inner-city renewal by rezoning around Erskineville, Macdonaldtown, Newtown and St Peters train stations, to create up to 15,000 new homes with extra facilities and infrastructure. nswliberal.org.au/news/renewing-…

The latest ABS housing figures for NSW are a disaster. NSW has fallen 43.5% short of its year-one National Housing Accord target for new housing. Chris Minns must ease record state government taxes and charges that are making it unfeasible to build new homes in NSW.
