He's not delaying Parliament, he's exercising rights enshrined in our legal system by reviewing a Section 89 report from before ConCourt's ruling. He didn't invent or strongarm this. It's always been there. You guys are excited for nothing. There will be no impeachment.

Musawenkosi Ndima – The IFP Walord Made JOSHCO Chief Operating Officer Who is Musawenkosi Ndima, the IFP warlord running JOSHCO, Johannesburg Social Housing Corporation? Ndima is a Chief Operating Officer of the municipal owned Johannesburg social housing corporation. He was appointed to the position as an Inkatha Freedom Party appointee under a cloud of controversy, and alleged to have failed getting a security clearance, which is a critical requirement for executives in state entities. Ndima the Political Warlord Recent incidents have proven Ndima to be nothing but a hardcore thug in suits deployed for executive roles by his political party, the IFP. While working in Kwa Zulu Natal in his previous role, he abused, bullied, and threatened senior managers who were not aligned to the IFP. One of the high profile instances is the incident in which he made direct threats against the DG of KZN Provincial Government, Dr Mkhize. When the DG reported Ndima to the premier, Ntuli, the matter was swept under the carpet. Dr Mkhize later resigned due to fear for her life following the threats by Ndima. After joining JOSHCO, Ndima engaged in alleged corruption of R290 million, now under investigation by the Hawks. At JOSHCO, he continued with the same modus operandi – abusing, bullying and threatening employees who are not IFP, or IFP aligned. Insiders says that he told the senior IFP leaders that he will purge and consolidate the executive and management at JOSHCO to be IFP, so that he can use the institution to fund the 03 November 2026 Local Government Elections for the IFP, and build a warchest for 2029 elections. The R290 million tender corruption was part of that machination. True to his nature, when the JOSHCO board seconded Mr Katlego Disego from National Department of Human Settlement, Ndima turned his bullying and threats to Disego. Disego was seconded to JOSHCO after two other victims of Ndima (former Acting CEO Nokwai Mtshali, and Thembas Mathibe) left their acting roles. Right now, Ndima has drawn his daggers against Disego threatening to deal with him. Ndima is very upset that Disego and one executive, Nhlamulo Shikwambana, prepared a precautionary suspension letter against him following his refusal to cooperate with the Hawks and the R290 million tender corruption. The board adopted the suspension, and Ndima has now put together a hit list of officials that he said he wants to deal with. In his refusal to cooperate with the Hawks, Ndima said that he has a protection of the highest political office of the IFP. But the precautionary suspension has led to him putting out a hit list. At the moment, Ndima’s plan (from the IFP insiders) is that, he will first run a media smear campaign through paid journalists against the targeted individuals, while in parallel, preparing 3 Inkabi from George Goch hostel to eliminate targeted executives. The JOSHCO officials (and some former officials) in his hit list are, Thabo Mthembi (Supply Chain Manager of JOSHSCO), Theo Dlamini (JOSHCO Board Chairman), Themba Mathibe (former COO/ Acting CEO), Katlego Ditshego (Current Acting CEO), Nhlamulo Shikwambana (Executive of Corporate Services which HR resides). The first attempt and fight back started a few weeks back, when he sponsored a former JOSHCO executive of Corporate Services to challenge the appointment of Shikwambana, who is her replacement. They took the matter to the bargaining council, and it was dismissed. Nhlamulo’s sin was drafting the suspension letter against Ndima. Ndima has now bought Makhosazana of media to bring the appointment of Shikwambana into question, fabricating lies that Shikwambana has a criminal record while his vetting came out clean. TikToker and influencer called Lungelo running the “Clean governance” Tiktok posts has also been paid to run a smear campaign against Board Chairman, Dlamini and Shikwambana. It is Ndima’s part of the fight back campaign.
