When #Rwanda is mentioned twice in a 128-character text supposedly about the #DRC, it is no longer information : it is fabrication! A country is being forced into a narrative that does not concern it, merely to divert attention from the real Congolese responsibilities.
This anti-Rwanda obsession, propagated by unethical media such as @ReutersAfrica, @afrikarabia, #RFI and others that tarnish Rwanda's image, is not innocent : it serves to cover up failures, fuel hatred, and manipulate public opinion.
These media outlets must give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar : they manipulate the facts because @fatshi13 paid them to do so.
Everyone knows he invests more in destroying Rwanda's image than in reducing the poverty of low-income Congolese, and some media actively enable this dangerous game...How pathetic !!!
