something i haven’t seen anyone point out is that his voice is multiple octaves higher here. another cool bit from Antony Starr’s performance to show this is Homelander’s true self. a sniveling fucking loser #theboys

@LFCJacobb Think the season itself was a bit rushed, wouldn’t have minded an episode or two before the finale to build things up a bit more but the finale done a great job tying things up. Overall extremely satisfied and gutted it’s over

#TheBoys finale was fantastic. Time to check what everyone else is saying and find out that they all hated it I guess

@Vararse_ If there’s one thing the writers consistently got right with The Boys, it is Homelander’s arc/storyline - absolutely perfect and Antony Starr played him beautifully

If you are of age to vote and didn’t vote yesterday I’m sorry but I think so unbelievably low of you, especially if you’re young

There isn't going to be an independence referendum as a result of this Scottish election. That much is clear. #bbcbreakfast

@Domjb03 @r_stwrt_ Not sure, it all looks a bit bleak in terms of where do we go from here. It probably would’ve been parked anyway but a majority would’ve forced some form of action given that’s what they campaigned for. Just don’t want to wait another 5yrs for movement on the indy front tbh

@nufcchazo2 @r_stwrt_ Even with a majority though, what was the plan on independence? I feel like it gets parked anyway?

Is the independence question off the table? We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but in my mind with turnout and vote share as it was I think the constitutional question will be parked for a while

Final round out for the election: • Unprecedented fifth term for the SNP • No majority. High goal set, high goal missed • Largest pro-ind. majority in history • Very good day for the Greens • Disappointing day for Reform • Labour, huge fall off from 2024

@r_stwrt_ Even the positives like holding Banffshire and Buchan Coast and gaining Shetland were pretty quickly wiped out by losses elsewhere and pretty disappointed by the fact we fell short of 60 seats but will be interesting to see what happens from here

@r_stwrt_ Again, feelings haven’t really changed in that I have no idea how to feel - glad Reform aren’t the official opp. (yet) and delighted for the Greens and the fact it’s the largest pro-indy majority but it just feels like we’re not really able to/going to do anything with it

@KingDivock3 Instead of fucking X seats minus the square root of john swinneys forehead plus Rangers expected goals in the last 5 games divided by the cubed root of boaby sands weight or whatever it is

Conservatives getting 0 Regional seats for 60k votes in South Scotland but Lib Dem’s getting 1 for a 1/4 of the votes is a fucking joke.

@Heccles94 when I'm writing this, SNP have 57 seats - 8 away from the required 65 - with 21 left to declare I'd love an SNP-Green coalition but I don't think it'll be necessary

@r_stwrt_ Yeahhh I was initially quite optimistic we could get a majority after seeing some of the polling but now seeing we won’t even make 60 has me feeling pretty deflated Never thought I’d say this but I think Reform done us a massive favour in some seats

@nufcchazo2 I mean I’m glad the SNP is back into government, and I would’ve taken that two years ago 100% At the same time, the projections a few weeks ago really gave me hope we could push for that 68ish seat majority Real question about how would we do if Reform weren’t splitting votes
