@SCsupport I’ve been charged for two subscriptions for the last two months, but I only use one account. It would be great if I could get a refund. Also I don’t understand why they are different prices? Is artist pro £10 or £14?

@RailwaySeva your app is broken. Selected “open return” , only day returns showed up. Got charged £4.25 in Billericay to change it to an open return luckily. I demand a refund for tricking me into purchasing the wrong ticket!

@SCsupport So I just paid £5 for a subscription, and I've realised I bought "Go+" and not "Next Pro". I think it is pretty deceitful that you deliberately make the subscriptions confusing and misleading so that people pay for the wrong one. I would like a refund or a discount.

@DeliverooHelp On my bank statement it says I spent £29.88 on a Deliveroo in London on the 11th of January. I never ordered this, I don’t even live in London either. You can see on my Deliveroo account, this order was never placed. Please can I have a refund on this ASAP?
