What I love about @wcpsmd? We are currently in our collaborative planning session for next school year and day one is all about building relationships with our students, even in a distance setting. Not just standards or instruction.

Students work hardest for teachers they like and respect. It's the same for teachers and admin and it's needed for a strong culture!
