Keep passing those tests, being your best, serving when no one is looking, doing the right thing when you’re not getting credit. God sees your faithfulness. He sees how you’re trustworthy, how you have a spirit of excellence.

If you could see what God is doing behind the scenes in your life, you would be amazed. He’s already lined up the good breaks, the right people, solutions to problems. The new thing is not going to be ordinary. It’s going to catapult you ahead.

Look back over your life. There’s not a time when God has failed you. It may not have been easy, but He made a way. He sustained you through the loss. He had mercy on your mistakes. He opened doors you couldn’t open. Why are you doubting Him now?

Doctors in training are encouraged to consult with senior colleagues when uncertainties arise. However, resident doctors may face reprimand for excessive contact with senior staff. This dynamic often stems from an environment of apprehension and detachment fostered by some senior doctors, creating a challenging cultural reality within medicine that is not adequately addressed. From my perspective, a senior physician who is consistently inaccessible to resident physicians' inquiries should not be entrusted with supervisory responsibilities over them.

Keep shining despite who’s not for you. Keep being your best despite who doesn’t give you the credit. You’re not working unto people; you’re working unto God. He's keeping the records. You don’t need their approval. You have Almighty God’s approval.
