@nypapay Id say just sit down and plan out for the week on a Sunday what you think you could manage for the week! I like to plan my intake based off of my college’s menu for the week (+maintenance on Friday/Saturday) since Im home🫶 OR follow a themed diet, those are a fun way to start!❤️
