Finally, the point of free speech is to protect politically transgressive ideas. And attacking the idea that there is some sacred magical word or population by mocking it openly is a modern example of what is protected by design. You do not need legal protection for parroting state sponsored slogans and ideas — much to liberal chagrin with their fantasies of “resistance.” This case has nearly every critical political issue we are dealing with wrapped into one insane event.
