One of the main drivers is the chasm people fall in when they earn just enough they no longer qualify for thousands in government benefits, thus discouraging them to aim higher. Phasing out benefits and/or reducing them to essentials would help.

@NoeyJeremy @indless Walmart, and Amazon depend on government subsidized labor via low minimum wage laws. Low wages = employees that qualify for government assistance like SNAP, this supplements the Companies labor pool cost without the company fronting the full cost of labor.

If raising the minimum wage actually accomplishes what advocates claim, why not raise it even higher? The truth is no business will pay you more than you're worth.

Yes on the loans given to anyone that isn't an American citizen.
I want to end all race based decisions in government, so glad to end any loans based on it. I would likely avoid recalling loans on American citizens. Just don't see how that would benefit those that did not get the loans.

I'm MAGA and MAHA for what the represented in the 2024 election.
I'm against the war in Iran. If we were able to destroy their nuclear enrichment facilities with the earlier targeted strikes (Midnight Hammer), from the outside I can't see a reason to have started the war (Epic Fury). It's not worth the lives or money it's already cost.
I'm against legal immunity for pesticide companies and vaccine manufacturers. I want to make sure NO government or corporation will EVER force a medical procedure on people and never use a health "emergency" to take away peoples rights and freedom.

I don't want any non citizens to receive any government benefits in America, federal, state or local.
I want to end the H1-B program entirely. I do think we need a mechanism to strongly penalize companies that are firing American workers just to use cheaper labor.
I'll gladly author legislation to do both or co-sponsor it.

Passing voter ID has to be done to save America.

A living wage cannot be given to everyone if they are not being productive enough to deserve it. Being more productive, learning/developing higher value skills and looking for higher paying opportunities and or negotiating for a better wage is the answer. What a minimum wage does do is greatly reduce the market viability for young people that need to learn skills and responsibility.
Government deficit spending and money printing is one of the largest inflation sources. A debt driven economy is likely the next culprit. There's definitely inefficiencies in our system, even without those. The speed of information being a big limiter. I think we can greatly increase the standard of living of Americans, but a minimum wage will do the opposite.
