Segundo o Diário de Pernambuco, Gabriela foi alvo da Operação Kariri, deflagrada em 2024 pela Polícia Federal e pelo Ministério Público da Bahia. A investigação apurou um esquema de tráfico e lavagem, com bloqueio de cerca de R$ 50 milhões em bens. O caso segue sob investigação da Polícia Civil.
