Welp, here's my current PCB fab process. I'm still working out the kinks, so it's always changing. Also, I'm not a video guy, so sorry in advance for the low quality.

@brianmccallum Yea, probably not. I’m just playing it extra safe, I only have this one drill bit and I need to drill 64 holes with it

@obfuscated_D You probably don't need to peck your drills using carbide at that depth with flood coolant.

Peckin away, really should’ve been more aggressive with this cut but I’m not going to bother changing it at this point.

I’m a fan of tool marks, feels like a shame to bead blast them away

@SCH_Clay I’ve almost always undersized my enclosures. The trick is, pick the size you think you need, then get the one that’s 50-100% larger lol

@obfuscated_D Way better than any I’ve ever done good job! I somehow always undersize them.
