@gtbank_help @gtbank, I have been trying to activate my GT e-token plus app. After requesting an OTP code, I get a notification that the OTP has been sent to my number, but I don't receive any SMS. I have done this multiple times and still get nothing. What could be the problem?

This isn't true. You need an incredible amount of shamelessness before you witness growth that compounds. I started teaching in 2010. I would teach Chemistry in the morning, ride okada in the evening, teach tutorials on weekend. The students I was teaching, some my age mates, some older than myself - I would carry on my bike in the evening, then go back to organize early morning tutorials the next day. No shame. The money I made from Okada, I split my earnings - one part to my siblings, one part to my academics. Thats how I was able to pay my first tuition. In school, I was also riding Okada while working for farmers on weekend - that's how I was able to stay in school. I was also top of the class. To prosper, you need an incredible amount of shamelessness.

Even though the sum is very minimal collecting that sum from a huge number of people will still amount to major funds being siphoned without any explanation. After making all necessary payments online, why are people requested to still pay a fee at the point of submission?

@FRSCNigeria I did my drivers license renewal online and made all necessary payments online. Yet when I went to sumbit my form at the office i was still requested to pay a sum. I asked the official what the money is for and i didnt get any clarification. Is this not extortion?

@nigimmigration I must commend the revamped passport application process. Being able to choose the home delivery option while applying on the portal is laudable. I applied in Lagos & did capture on July 18, 2025, but the tracking portal still shows “production is in progress”.

My TV is on a TV stand and not even hung on the wall and no matter how crazy him and his elder sister want to be, they know that is a no go area. The TV is still very neat cos they don't even dare go near it.

Currently on our third TV this year, courtesy of my son 😩. For the first two, I didn’t stress much because my husband replaced them quickly. But this last one? Baba no gree o, we split the bill 50-50. Guess who’s now guarding the TV with her life? 😭 I am usually big on aesthetics but when they were mounting it, I told the artisan to take it very high. If the house is too quiet, I run to check what’s happening. If I hear any noise, I teleport there immediately. God no go shame us. 😂
