The real art of sales is not only to say the right thing in the right place, but, far more difficult, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at a crucial moment.

@projectkim Their status quo of "doing nothing" is your #1 biggest competitor -- not the other similar offers in the marketplace that you may competing with.

@projectkim Use a scale of 1-to-7, not 1-to-10 .. that way a 4 puts them right in middle. It's called the "likert scale." Try it: "On a scale of 1 to 7, how important is it to you to _______?"

"On a scale of 1-10, how important is solving this problem?" This: 1. Quantifies their pain 2. Helps prioritize leads 3. Opens the door for a follow-up The follow-up? "What would it take to make it a 10?"

I saw a video of Sam Altman speaking in public. At first, he was •tense •and nervous, •with shy body language. But then he got confident and did well. Give yourself permission to be nervous and face challenges, just like the nervous OpenAI CEO.

reason for return: "Product not matching the actual product", "misleading images" I can guarantee most companies are not going to jump on this before it's 100% perfect.

I don't think people are ready for the complete revolution of the advertising and model industry that is about to come. This is a model trained on Birkenstock shoes with @everartai and FLUX, using ONLY pictures of the object. The results are instagram ready.

A "spiky" sales pitch or value prop is a perspective others can disagree with. It's a belief you feel strongly about, and are willing to advocate for. It's better to be memorable than it is to be agreeable.

@remnote I have a perfectly prepared CSV of questions & answers -- but your only upload option turns it into a PDF. I just want flashcards created from CSV. Am I missing something? How do I create cards from CSV?

@mubashariqbal Totally fine. $50 bucks to get listed. $50 per month to get a "premium" (highlighted or top-ranked or something) listing. As you know, people usually just want the backlink, $50 pretty standard I think?

I'm curious how people feel about directories that you have to pay to be listed in? Thinking about charging a listing fee for a directory I'm running, but feels weird to make it pay to play. Surely I want to list the best tools/products regardless of if people pay to be listed?
