The Supreme Court of Nigeria in its ruling held that internal leadership and membership disputes of political parties are domestic/internal affairs of the parties and are generally not justiciable. Why are the lower courts entertaining leadership disputes in the ADC?

APC was founded by leaders like Buhari and Tinubu who had earlier played opposition roles. They knew that before anything, there must be a political party with solid foundation whose root they know and form, and whose control they have. For level playing field, they both deregistered their individual political parties and jointly formed APC. That is the foundation the APC was built upon, not a bolekaja hijack of an existing political party or outright purchase of a political party without thinking critically, legally about the consequences of such erratic and opportunistic indecency!!!!

As such the ADC must have two factor authentication for everything including the new executives that will be elected soon. Let's beware
