Masked men carried out an arson attack targeting the prayer room of Café Raha in Blackburn at 2:30am on Monday. Whoever did this clearly wanted to intimidate and scare the local Muslim community.

Israel is using dogs to rape Palestinians. There are multiple testimonies about this crime. When I first reported on this obscenity, it triggered a firestorm. The New York Times has now, finally, reported on it - and Israel's systematic use of sexual violence.

No Cobra meeting? No national emergency? No 24 hour media coverage? Of course not, it's only a Muslim prayer room.

I understand that Tommy Robinson will be backed up in the Oxford Union by the rancid Islamophobes Laurence Fox and Calvin Robinson, men who regularly insult Islam and Muslims on social media. The Oxford Union and its president Arwa Elreyyes are giving a platform to the worst Islamophobes to spout their hatred and insult Islam, the Prophet (pbuh) and Muslims. I believe Elreyyes is a Palestinian Muslim herself so this is the height of shame. The right wing politician Jacob Rees Mogg is participating on the other side of the debate, which seems ridiculous as he has never been a friend of our community. I would urge any Muslims approached to participate in this hate fest to reject the invitation. Do not be part of an event where the worst of humanity will slander our religion and prophet. And don't fool yourself that you will be defending Islam's honour. Robinson et al do not care if they win the debate, all they want is to appear in a prestigious, mainstream institution and to clip their speeches so they can get hundreds of millions of views. These disgusting freaks need to be boycotted not debated. And in Tommy's case, he should be in jail for inciting riots.

Majid Freeman walks out of court an innocent man after the jury failed to reach a verdict on his case. Majid repeatedly asserted his support for the resistance and the Palestinian’s right to resist. Despite the states best efforts members of the jury were able to see through the politicised nature of this trial. A 4 week retrial has now been ordered for September 2027!
