@ArtifactUprsng Ordered 3 albums on the 15th and was assured that they'd arrive by Christmas. Haven't received them yet and tracking indicates a Dec 27 delivery... Emailed this morning but haven't heard anything; I know it's busy, but can I get an explanation?

@SparkPost Free accounts are tricky, but to make promises to gain customers, then break the promises w/ little explanation + delete posts where you'd made promises… If this had been handled differently we would've been very open to upgrading—now we are looking for alternatives.
