Exchanges issuing their own token: 🚩 Red flag. Allows them to manipulate reserves, use the token (created out of thin air) as collateral to borrow and fund operations and more, and... Fill (on paper, balance sheet) holes from hacks they never made public. Be safe out there!!

A common misconception about Sign-in w/ Ethereum (SIWE) is that it's just another name for Connect Wallet (CW). SIWE *uses* CW, but goes further. Both are needed in different apps depending on how a service works. It's important for both users & devs to know the difference👇 1/
